**Who we are**

United Response is a leading national charity providing support to young people and adults with special educational needs (SEN) learning disabilities and mental health needs. We believe in championing the right of disabled people to live, work, socialise and participate in the community, free of discrimination and unnecessary boundaries.

**Who we need**

Our Supported Employment services require an enthusiastic and committed individual to support the Education manager, Deputy Head and Head teacher managing the EHCP/ review process within ROC College for students on the Post 16 Programme of Study/Supported Internship programme. This programme is for young people 16 - 24 living in Devon and who have and Education Healthcare Plan (EHCP) and is funded by the Education Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) Adult Education.

Delivery of this programme is across Devon and Torbay. Delivery of the programme is through a mix of education and work related activity both 1:1 and group work.
