**The role**

We have a brand-new luxury bathroom showroom in our Bath branch and are looking for a Showroom Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced bathroom designer to take their career to the next level. Utilising our brands on display, you will offer our customers a comprehensive, design, planning and sales service to suit all needs and budgets.

The showroom is attached to our busy branch where we have an existing customer base. Our showroom showcases up to 17 displays from top brands such as Geberit, Utopia, Crosswater, Hansgrohe, Matki and Merlyn as well as our own Instinct brand.

We offer something unique, in that you will only be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays and have all bank holidays off.

**Key responsibilities**
- Welcome customers to the showroom, offering help and advice.
- Produce designs using CAD software.
- Present design and costings to customer converting to sale.
- Undertake customer site visits, prepare customer plans and quotations, and follow up appropriately.
- Liaise with customer, suppliers, and colleagues to successfully resolve problems.

- To assist the showroom in all aspects of day-to-day operation.

**About you**
- Experience in bathroom design and bathroom sales are essential.
- Sales experience and excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills to meet deadlines/timescales.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Knowledge of Virtual Worlds CAD software or similar (advantageous but full training provided).
- Working knowledge of computer packages and the ability to adapt to new systems (we use Intact IQ).
- Be self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Problem solving skills.
- Leadership qualities.
- Customer focussed, smart appearance, professional, polite and approachable.
- Thorough knowledge of bathrooms.
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team.
- Full Drivers licence.
