Senior Billing Administrator/Billing Manager
**Role Purpose**:
The Renewals & Retention Advisor is an important role for the business and covers three key areas
- Customer renewals & retentions
- Cancellations
- Billing reconciliations
Success will be demonstrated through low levels of cancellations, mínimal billing anomalies and the achievement of KPI’s. The role offers excellent opportunities for development and expansion as the business continues to grow.
This role offers a combination of data manipulation combined with customer interactions and will therefore suit an individual who can listen to a customer and understand their needs, with the ability to suggest alternative solutions where required. As the initial point of contact for customers who are cancelling, you will have a passion for always delivering a high level of customer service and have excellent rapport building skills. You will have a good telephone manner, remain calm and self-controlled under pressure. Excellent attention to detail is important to ensure tasks are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
