**About the Role**

**Base Location**: Aberdeen, Glasgow, Perth, Reading or Portsmouth

- Partner with Resourcing consultants and Hiring Managers to take detailed briefs on role/project requirements and turning these briefs into inclusive global recruitment and sourcing projects.
- Create, build and update direct talent pools for key roles and in-demand skill sets across the SSE businesses.
- Build market knowledge to identify opportunities and feedback into the business units strategic workforce plans and recruitment strategies.
- Develop high quality talent pools across various sectors, building upon and driving inclusion at all opportunities, promoting SSE as an employer of choice at all times.

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Demonstrable recruitment research experience within an in-house, RPO, MSP or agency with the ability to bring talent to SSE from new sources/sectors.
- Be a self-starter with experience of working with recruitment systems, and maintaining a high level of data integrity.
- Excellent communication skills able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be a brand ambassador.
- Have a high attention to detail, have the ability to work to deadlines and proficient in the use of MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
