Product Trainer

Join our team We are looking for an experienced **Product Trainer** to join our sweepers business, carrying out driver and operator training functions for all Dawsongroup sweepers current and new fleet.

**The duties of the Product Trainer will include**:

- Offer a comprehensive range of operator and driver training options to all customers
- Deliver informative and engaging training sessions to customers
- Train a network of in-house trainers, ensuring employees are trained to correct standards
- Pitch training appropriately to the users and deliver training in a concise way which is understood by the recipients, allowing customers to become confident in their use of our products
- Select and appoint alterntive training providers where appropriate
- Maintain a thorough record of all training documentation and certificates
- Develop and grow the training function through marketing and social media, including instructional and informative video productions on all products

**To be successful you will**:

- Be experienced in driver/operator training for sweeper products
- Hold a full, valid HGV licence
- Be a confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey sweeper product information to those who are not familiar with the technical knowledge of sweeper products

This role will require travelling to our depots around the UK, therefore a full, valid UK driving licence is required.
