Howdens Joinery are looking for a new Senior Solutions Architect to lead a small team.As a FTSE 100 business that is undergoing a digital transformation, this role offers a confident and engaging Senior Solution Architect, an excellent opportunity to leada small team of solutions architects in the delivery of high-quality digital solutions and architectural designs

**What will you be doing as a Senior Solutions Architect**:

- Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will be working on several interesting digital transformation projects and therefore you’ll need to have strong solution design experience in a highly complex enterprise scale environments in multiplechannels, e.g. Stores \ Depots, Online, Customer, Order Management and Payment systems.
- This person will be able to effectively align Business, Data, Integration, Security, Application and underlying Technology to design robust digital solutions.
- The role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, product management, business analysts, lead developers, systems engineers, project managers and the wider architecture community to deliver viable, high-quality designs to the developmentand delivery teams.

**What we need from you**:

- Able to lead, manage and develop a small team of Solutions Architects
- Digital, e-Commerce and/or Retail business and solutions experience#
- Lead and support the Design authority in highly complex enterprise scale environments in ecommerce, depot, customer, order and payment systems
- Confident, engaging, and a strong work ethic with a passion for transformation and innovation
- Experience of working within a Lean Agile project methodology
- Able to support the overall business strategy, transformation, and technology direction
- Working understanding of integration platforms and various techniques to integrate systems
- Working understanding of modern integration and cloud hosting platforms
- Understanding and good working knowledge of TOGAF architecture methodology
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and architectural trends
