We are looking for **two**experienced **TalentAcquisition Specialists** to join our growing TalentAcquisitionteamatSovereign, on a **Fixed term basis for 12 months**. We're going through an exciting period of change and transformationatSovereign, withour corporate plan setting out some ambitious goals for the business. You'll be workingat the forefront of attracting and securingdiverse talent to support in achieving these goals.

Based fromour head office in Basingstoke, you'll combine a mix of home and office working to ensure a positive work / life balance.

**The Role**

Reporting to one of ourTalentAcquisitionBusiness Partners, you'll be part of a team of 8 supporting to drive the TalentAcquisition agenda for Sovereign. This role will play a key part in the Business Partnering service for TalentAcquisition, working alongsidethe business to deliver end to end resourcing solutions. We haveambitious targets and are on our way to creating a true centre of excellence for TalentAcquisition.

Responsibilities include:

- Delivering end to end recruitment solutions for assigned business areas, managing attraction utilising direct methods, social media channels as well as through preferred suppliers
- Developing strong partnerships with the hiring managers and business leaders in your areas, instilling trust and promoting the TA team
- Working closely with the business and HR Business Partners to gain a clear understanding of the overarchingbusiness strategy and deliverables for each area you are responsible for and how this impacts on resourcing/headcount plans
- Using meaningful MI to analyse performance and trends which informs recommendations for process improvementactivity
- Undertaking project work to support the TalentAcquisition strategy and wider People plans

**What we need from you**

A background in trades and property services or Corporate functions such as IT and Finance would be beneficial.

To be successful in this role you'll:

- Have proven knowledge and experience across all areas of the recruitmentlifecycle
- Be adept atidentifyingopportunities and smarter ways of attracting and supporting diverse talent into the business
- Have strong experience across a variety of social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Glassdoor
- Hold experience of developing and maintaining relationshipswith 3rd party suppliers ensuring quality and value for money
- Have the ability to effectivelyprioritise your workload, taking an agile approach and adapting readily to change
