If you’re a graduate with an English related degree, looking to gain experience in a secondary schoolthis is the role for you
As an English Academic Mentor, you will be working on a 1:1 and small group basis with English students who are under-achieving. The main focus will be to help raise the attainment levels of these students through the English national curriculum, bridging thegap between them and their peers.
This ‘outstanding’ school is based just South of Walsall town centre and can be reached easily via public transport. Bus routes will drop you less than 100m from the school gates. The school are renowned for providing graduates with fantastic support to launchtheir career in education. You will be provided with the skills and knowledge to make an impact, and help you kick-start your journey in education.
