**Location**:Radius Campus, Crewe, CW1 6BD (10-15-minute walk from Crewe Train Station)

**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 5:00pm

**Job Purpose**

We are on a journey of growth and looking to expand our Tele-appointment Setter team within our Telecoms division. These vacancies will be located in our modern, well-appointed Head Office in Crewe.

**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to schedule appointments for our Field Sales teams.
- Update our CRM system showing activity, tasks and noted conversations
- Achieve set KPI’s on call activity, pipeline and appointments booked
