**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting guests with luggage, ensuring safe and efficient handling, including to and from their rooms and vehicles
- Provide directions and information about the hotel and local attractions, including arranging transportation
- Escort guests to their rooms and demonstrate room features and amenities and responding promptly to guest requests
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and front entrance area.
- Support the front desk team with administrative tasks and guest inquiries.

**The Person**
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer experience or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and services
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
