We are looking for Experienced Groundworkers who can accurately set levels out and work well in a team.

All wages are paid weekly.

Must have at least 2 years groundwork foreman experience.

**Salary**: Negotiable

Hours: Monday to Friday (Must be willing to work away, subsistence and digs included.)
- **Summary of Job**_

The main purpose of the job is to carry out various aspects of groundworks across North Wales.
- **Groundworks Site Foreman Responsibilities**:_
- Reporting to the Site Manager
- Identify and resolve daily risks and challenges on site.
- Manage works in accordance with quality requirements.
- Effectively manage team performance and labour on the project by ensuring they have clear roles and responsibilities.
- Involved in Toolbox talks
- Monitoring of H&S on site
- Manage the project from Start to finish
- **Aspects of works you will be managing**:_
- Foundations
- Pipelaying
- Paving
- Edges
- Footings
- Drainage
- Finishing works
- Main duties:_
- Principal activities will include carrying out work as follows:

- Installation and repair of sewage treatment systems including septic tank, treatment plants, soakaways, pumping system, drainage systems and pipelines
- Concreting, tarmacking and kerbing
- To work as part of a team
- Ensuring that all work is undertaken to a high standard and in a safe and compliant way
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Other duties:_
- Incident reporting in line with compliance requirements; i.e. spillages, accidents, near miss reporting;
- Comply with all health and safety and driving regulations, reporting any issues to the H&S Manager/ Transport Manager.
- **Qualifications, Experience and Skills**_
- Essential Qualifications_
- Valid, clean driving licence
- Valid CSCS/CPCS card
- SSSTS or SMSTS (required)
- Relevant tickets in the use of plant machinery
- Essential experience_
- At least 2 years’ experience
- Experience of using tracked machines
- Essential skills_
- A team worker
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Be hard working and flexible
