**Purpose of the Job**:
- To provide full support to the designated Business Development Managers.
- To provide customers with a first-class service in terms of quotations, enquiries, product briefs, deliveries, etc.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Provide quotations and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide customer follow-up quotes, media enquiries, catalogue requests, telephone enquiries and samples.
- Processing orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaising with internal departments such as operations, logistics, purchasing and product design.
- Ensure customers receive follow-up calls for new product deliveries, first time deliveries, 3 monthly progress call.
- Obtain product feedback from end users.
- Ensure quality concerns and credit notes are processed in the same month as the concern is raised.
- Extensive knowledge of customer base, sector and contacts.
- Provide proactive sales calls to support sales target achievement, budgets and initiatives.
- Help provide brochures for BDM.
- Help other sectors, such as Export as required.
**Qualifications and Experience Required**:
- You must have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Computer literate with experience of CRM, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
**Personal Characteristics**:
- A positive “can-do” attitude, enthusiastic, hardworking, driven and a team player.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening, verbal and written.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Proactive, professional and committed to providing first class customer service.
