As a specialist mortgage brokerage and due to their 700+ great reviews they have seen the demand for their services skyrocket, so therefore they are recruiting a Remortgage advisor to the team who is proactive, highly motivated and driven to provide an excellentservice to clients.

They cover a wide variety of products such as residential mortgages, bad credit mortgages, secured loans, Buy to let mortgages, bridging and commercial finance plus protection products.

This is a Self Employed role

**Salary**: OTE of £70,000 PA+

**Mortgage Advisor Duties**:
Within the mortgage market; there are many niches and specialist lending sectors. It is possible to work as a general broker, offering support and guidance to any client who contacts you. However, you might prefer to focus your time, effort and energy ontohelping clients with a particular need - They have found this is the key to being successful and reaching your full income potential.
- Residential Mortgages for first-time buyers, home movers and remortgages including helping clients with bad credit registered.
- Buy-to-let mortgages including HMO’s and Holiday lets
- Commercial mortgage advisors
- Bridging and development mortgage advisors
- Protection Advisors - Life, critical illness, income protection and business protection

**Mortgage Advisor Requirements**:

- Be outgoing, friendly and exceptional at building relationships with clients
- Have at least 1 years experience as a mortgage advisor
- Previously reached CAS
- Motivated to deliver for your clients and continuously develop your skills
- Be a problem solver and great at finding solutions.
- Outgoing and good at building rapport with people
- Highly motivated to deliver for your clients
- Willing to go the extra mile to help your clients - this may involve making calls in the evening
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have a real drive to continuously develop personally and professionally as this will be of benefit to you and your clients
- Be able to think outside the box and be proactive in finding solutions for clients
- Strong PC skills
- Have a real passion to deliver the right product for your client
