To assist with the integration of new starters into the Company, working with a multi-skilled training team, responsible for the training of all staff and ensuring service and compliance standards are met and H&S and Food Safety practices are complied with at all times.

You will be expected to be a role model for others; setting a consistently excellent example to everyone regarding performance, attitude, attendance and most importantly, work safety.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Induction training for new starters and refresh current colleagues including food safety & health and safety
- Mandatory training module requirements for site and legal requirements
- Operational training module training
- Evaluate colleague operational performance via internal audit sheets
- Management training modules in relation to shop floor operations
- Preparing and reviewing Standard Operational Procedures
- Liaise with Management team members in relation to training requirements and/or issues
- Support and mentor new colleagues
- Ensure training matrix information is maintained and updated as and when required
- Work with and develop the site shop floor training supports
- Plan training schedules ( with the training manager) to cover all training requirements and dates

- 6am/3pm & 1.30pm/10.30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
