About The Role***

We are currently Recruiting for a Senior Cleaning Supervisor to work within Hull - HU3 2JZ
- The position will be working Saturday, Sunday and M0nday from 6.00am -6.00pm- Excellent weekend pay enhancement rate per hour.Are you a dedicated and experienced cleaning professional looking to make a significant impact on maintaining a clean and safe environment in a large hospital? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Our team at Hull Hospital is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Cleaning Supervisor.

**This vacancy is for 30 hours per week working on Saturday, Sunday and Monday only.**

As the Senior Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the hospital premises. You will oversee and lead a team of cleaners, promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating cleaning schedules, training staff on best practices, managing inventory and supplies, and conducting quality inspections to guarantee compliance with hospital cleanliness protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and guide a team of cleaning staff, ensuring they adhere to established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Develop and maintain cleaning schedules to cover all areas of the hospital, including patient rooms, waiting areas, offices, and common spaces.
- Conduct training sessions for cleaning staff to educate them on hospital cleaning protocols, and the proper use of cleaning equipment.
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
- Perform regular inspections to assess the cleanliness, and take appropriate actions to address any discrepancies or areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with using and maintaining various cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
