**About the team**
The eCommerce team is a key part of NW Security Group with responsibility for maintaining and growing the UK’s most successful specialist IP camera store. As a leading eCommerce store in the area of IP-based camera technology, we offer wide-ranging, high-endproducts and solutions to business customers and public sector organisations throughout the UK as well as around the world.
We are now seeking an eCommerce Support Assistant to join our eCommerce Team consisting of six people working closely together to manage all aspects of the eCommerce operation.

You’ll be an ambassador for our eCommerce brand and will have a keen interest in our business whilst playing an essential part in the smooth running and efficiency of day-to-day eCommerce business.
This is a full time role working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Hybrid working and free gym membership are also on offer.
**The Role**
In this varied but focused role, as an eCommerce Support Assistant, you will play a key role in our sales process, supporting customers and ensuring their orders are processed.
Specifically, you will be involved with:

- Sales order processing and providing customers with order status updates
- Placing purchase orders with suppliers and checking stock availability
- Stock control
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Customer services provision, such as dealing with returns
- Assisting with eCommerce marketing activities
- Handling and distribution of inbound phone calls and messages
**About You**
To be considered as an eCommerce Support Assistant, you will need:

- A good level of IT understanding, as well as literacy and web skills
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- A team player mentality and can-do attitude
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- The ability to communicate effectively via phone, in writing and face-to-face
- A friendly, positive attitude with the drive to achieve high standards
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritise your workload
- An excellent eye for detail and an honest disposition
