**Job Role: Welder Fabricator**

**Location: Leicester, LE4**

**Salary: £14 - £15 DOE**

**Type: Permanent**

**Shift: 6am to 2pm or 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday (overtime available)**

Overview: Part of a team providing support and assistance to skilled tradespeople.

**Day to Day Responsibilities: -**
- MIG Welding
- Reading and understanding product schematics and assembly instructions
- Verifying dimensions and product specifications
- Ensuring that all the required parts for assembly are present
- Making cutting lines on material
- Ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned and screwed in
- Effective verbal and written skills coupled with strong decision-making and problem solving skills
- Experience working in a similar business
- Willing to learn and grow in the role
- Demonstrate knowledge of applicable codes, standards and regulations
- Good attention to detail
- Good level of fitness (heavy lifting)
- Able to work in all weather in an outdoor environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14.00-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leicester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MIG welding: 1 year (required)
