On-call Consultant

We are looking for an ✨On Call Consultant✨ to join our team in Old Trafford

**Salary**: Full Time £20,000

Job Role:
To handle inbound calls midweek from 5pm and over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday Day & Night - 7am until 10:30pm).
To be able to handle calls and queries from clients and staff in a timely and professional manner
To support staff on shift with any queries or questions they may have.
Liase with colleagues before and after on call in a handover.
**Requirements**:
A strong telephone manner and ability to handle potential challenging calls professionally
Keen eye for detail
Basic computer skills
Basic data input skills
