Customer Service Administrator

Talented People are currently working with an extremely reputable client who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator. Must be able to drive due to location.

**The Role**:
- Receiving customer purchase orders and transforming them into sales orders on the internal CRM.
- Sending order acknowledgements and transferring completed orders to warehouse for picking or purchasing for fulfilment.
- Liaising with management and account managers to ensure a smooth order pipeline and the resolution of any customer issues in a professional, timely fashion.
- Adhoc aspects of office management as required, including managing stationary orders and stock and replenishing drinks machines and facilities.
- Using a variety of spreadsheets and reports to book in, quote & manage courier requests for pallet & parcel deliveries.
- Reporting to the team leader and managing a workload of orders and sending down as required.
- Sending out proof of deliveries and answering courier queries.
- Dealing with paperwork pulls and daily paperwork processing & filing.
- Any other ad-hoc customer service, office support and commercial duties as required.
**The successful applicant**:
- Ability to deal with a fast-paced office environment.
- Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Package.
- Ability to work under pressure accurately and honestly.
- Excellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy.
- Build effective and constructive relationships.
- Attention to detail.
- Positive can-do attitude with a hard work ethic.
- Communicate clearly, professionally and concisely.
- Organisation and timing.
