We are working with a well-established and very well-respected independent agency in order to find them a Senior Digital Account Manager to work on several of their key accounts, as well as manage two junior members of the team. This role has come aboutdue to promotions within the team, highlighting the excellent culture and progression opportunities within this agency

This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of accounts, on multiple digital channels. The work you will be doing is split across **social**, **search** and **display**. They are looking for someone with one or two of these channels, but they offer great training, meaning this is a fantastic opportunity to learn about new channels.

This is a unique opportunity to join an award-winning independent agency that empowers its people; offers support; and enables people to work independently. You will also receive a personalised development plan which is reviewed and refreshed every 6 months.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the implementation of campaigns across all channels by overseeing and managing campaign builds, copywriting, keyword and targeting expansion.
- Optimising campaigns and being responsible for their overall development.
- Producing weekly reports for all client campaigns. These will include commentary containing observations, insights, and recommendations.
- Line managing two juniors, who will support you in delivering the above. As their line manager, you will be responsible for their training and development, as well as being on top of their output and quality of work. They will take full ownership of reportingand monthly invoicing which you will oversee.
- Pitching additional services to existing clients and getting involved in new business pitches when necessary.
- You will have the opportunity to become a department champion in an area of expertise that you would like to bring to the agency.
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant, implementational/hands-on experience, ideally at a media agency
- Advanced hands-on experience in AdWords/Microsoft Search Ads and/or Facebook Ads Manager
- Analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights
- Client-facing skills to build trust and rapport with stakeholders
- Experience in running performance/direct response campaigns
- People management experience including managing upwards
- Hands-on experience with bid management software and Google Campaign Manager
- Attention to detail & business acumen
- Ability to work well under pressure & multi task
- Adaptability, flexibility & can-do attitude
