**About Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain PIM packs, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the product development team to collect and organize technical drawings, making sure they are accurately represented in the PIM system.
- Coordinate the creation, updates, and distribution of technical bulletins, working closely with the technical and product teams to ensure accurate and timely communication of product changes or updates.
- Support the Head of Product in various administrative tasks, including meeting organization, report generation and project tracking.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and customer service teams to provide necessary product information and support their efforts.
- Regularly audit product information to ensure consistency and accuracy across all platforms and materials.
**Qualifications**:
- Soildworks Experience or other CAD software required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in a Product Admin role or similar, preferably within a product-focused company.
- Sage 200 experience would be helpful.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with respect to technical information.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with technical drawings and specifications, or the ability to quickly learn and understand them.
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
