Workshop Controller
- Monday to Friday

Working in a Vehicle Workshop in Rochester you will be managing a small team of Technicians, in this fast moving second hand car retail company. All cars are fully serviced and any repair works carried out ready to be sold to their customers.

Our client needs a highly reliable and technically minded leader to lead the workshop forwards, ensuring the team stay focused and assisting with any fault finding or jumping in and helping if the business needs help.

You will be working closely with the owner to maximise the efficiency of the department.
- A professional attitude, ideally a qualified technician
- Keen eye for detail
- Good Technical Knowledge on a wide a range of vehicle brands
- The ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines
- Good communication and management skills - be one of the team

Pay and Benefits
- Salary £32-£36,000 Dependent on Experience - No bonus's to 'TRY' and hit.
- Monday to Friday (NO WEEKEND WORKING)
