Skilled Laborer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. As a skilled laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support stripping out and maintenance projects. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in various weather conditions and as part of dedicated team. Other works may be involved such as basic removals/ cleaning. Full training offered for restoration works.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with construction projects by performing tasks such as digging trenches, operating machinery, and carrying materials
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members
- Perform general maintenance duties, including cleaning and organizing work areas
- Operate power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
- Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes

**Skills**:

- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings/ scopes is a plus
- Basic maths skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Pay: £110.00-£130.00 per day
