Your main tasks and responsibilities as a Lounge Host for Lunar Health Clubs include:

- Food and Beverage Management: You will oversee the operations of The Meridian, ensuring that high-quality, nutritious, and diverse food and beverage options are available to members. This includes managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring that menus meet the dietary needs and preferences of members. You will also be responsible for maintaining food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Co-working Space Management: The Meridian serves as a co-working space for members, providing them with a comfortable and productive environment to work and communicate. You will be responsible for ensuring that the space is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with necessary amenities, ensuring that members have a seamless and enjoyable experience in the co-working area.
- Member Connection and Engagement: Lunar Health Clubs aims to foster a sense of community among its members. As the Lounge Host, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with members and creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. This includes greeting members, engaging in conversation, and actively facilitating connections between individuals. You will also be responsible for organizing events, workshops, or gatherings that encourage member interaction and promote a sense of belonging.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Lunar Health Clubs prioritize the health and safety of its members and staff. As the Lounge Host, you will be responsible for enforcing health and safety regulations in The Meridian, including proper food handling procedures, cleanliness, and maintenance of the space. You will also stay updated on relevant health regulations and will be trained accordingly.

Overall, as a Lounge Host for The Meridian, your role is to provide an exceptional experience for Lunar Health Clubs' members, ensuring they have access to nourishing food options, a productive co-working environment, and opportunities to connect with fellow members.

DESIRED SKILLS
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.
- Knowledge of different types of teas, coffees, and juices, shakes and ability to make recommendations to customers.
- Ability to handle POS system and take payments.
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing ingredients.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and techniques in the industry.
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift deliveries.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Professional and friendly demeanour always.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, 5 days between Monday - Sunday.

SALARY & BENEFITS
