**Yard Operative / Warehouse Operative - £9.50 per hour**

The Primary duties of the **Yard Operative / Warehouse Operative** role:

- Maintain clean and tidy yard/warehouse
- Ensure that materials are stored safely
- Manage stock and liaise with the team
- Lift and handle roofing materials
- Complete FLT training
- Operate FLT safely and correctly, following training completed
- Report any accidents, near misses and incidents onsite
- Work within a team, offering support where possible
- Follow health and safety procedures onsite

Essential requirements for **Yard Operative / Warehouse Operative** role:

- Must be reliable and honest
- Must want to progress as an FLT driver
- Must be a hard-working team player
- Must be able to move and handle various roofing materials

Pay, Hours and shifts required for this position:

- £9.50 per hour
- Mon - Fri 7:30am - 4:30pm
- Every other Saturday (reduced working hours)
- Weekend work and Statutory Holidays paid at normal rate.

Additional benefits of **Yard Operative / Warehouse Operative**role:

- Fully funded Counterbalance Forklift training course and licence
- Permanent contract after 12 weeks
