**Job Summary**: As a Graphic Designer with a focus on Digital Marketing, Business Development, and E-commerce, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually appealing marketing materials, designing user-friendly digital assets, and contributing to our growth strategies. You will be at the forefront of enhancing our brand presence, expanding our online reach, and driving business growth, particularly in the e-commerce sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Graphic Design**:

- Create visually engaging marketing collateral, including banners, infographics, flyers, and presentations, ensuring brand consistency.

**2. Digital Marketing**:

- Develop visually appealing and persuasive ad creatives and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms to optimize strategies.

**3. E-commerce Management**:

- Oversee and optimize the design and user experience of our e-commerce platform to drive online sales and conversions.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to create visually appealing product listings, product images, and promotional materials.
- Implement e-commerce best practices to improve the customer shopping experience and maximize revenue.

**4. Business Development**:

- Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to support the company's growth objectives.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies that align with lead generation and conversion goals, working closely with the sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.

**5. Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with content creators to design graphics and visuals that complement written content, ensuring it aligns with marketing objectives.
- Create visually engaging presentations and reports for business development and sales purposes.

**6. Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain and enhance brand identity across all digital marketing materials and e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure that all design elements are in line with the company's branding guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in graphic design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
- Experience in e-commerce management, including familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Business development experience is a plus.
