Night Concierge/estates Assistant

Opportunities have arisen for a positive individual to join the our Extra Care housing schemes at Bro Preseli and Maes Mwldan as Night Concierge/Estates Assistant. We are currently offering three roles, each at 36 hours per week.
As part of the Estates Team, you will be responsible for ensuring grounds maintenance and communal cleaning is maintained to a high standard.
As part of the Night Concierge cover staff, you will be available when needed to ensure a safe and secure environment is provided to tenants during the overnight hours. With your customer focused approach, you will deliver person-centred services in out Extra Care schemes in Cardigan (Maes Mwldan) and Crymych (Bro Preseli).
Main Duties:
You will work predominantly alone as this is a night working role working across both Maes Mwldan and Bro Preseli. Extra Care schemes on a rota basis
Liaising with Lifeline on all tenant welfare related matters
Provide assistance to tenants in the event of an incident or emergency, such as helping with basic needs and providing comfort and reassurance whilst
Liaising the emergency services or family members
Securing the premises by patrolling the building, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting building, equipment, access points. Permitting entry to visitors, Lifeline and the emergency services when necessary
Assisting with ENS / Fire related emergencies including assisting with evacuation of tenants when necessary
Performing regular fire safety inspections of all facilities within the Extra Care scheme
Undertaking cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping and mopping throughout the schemes as per schedules in the schemes
Perform and track routine inspection and maintenance activities
Ability to travel between sites is essential
