**Detective Constable - Serious and Organised Crime Unit**

**Defford, Worcestershire**

The Serious and Organised Crime Unit have an upcoming vacancy for a Detective Constable based at Defford.

Desirable skills to be considered alongside the role profile will include:

- Qualified Detective PIP Level 2 or willing to work towards that accreditation, with a minimum of 2 years Police service.
- Must display the highest levels of integrity.
- Need to demonstrate creativity, skill and determination to tackle those involved in organised crime.
- Be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and capacity to deal with complex investigations.
- Demonstrate flexibility, able to work independently and within a team
- Be qualified in, or willing to undertake training to become qualified in surveillance techniques.
