We are seeking a compassionate support worker to join a unique community founded on love and care for one another. Comprising 18 individuals aged between 73 and 96, this community has steer away from mainstream care settings in favour of a specially designed home that caters to their needs and adapts to their requirements. This is not your typical company; established over 300 years ago, to provide free education to those in need.

This site was purpose-built to provide compassionate care for elders. The goal was to create a place resembling a real home, where residents can be comfortable and enjoy their final chapters together. With a rich history as a religious charity funding and educating disadvantaged children, this organisation has evolved to support and run schools and universities globally, offering free education to those who couldn't afford it themselves.

Now, they seek a caring support worker to join their team and contribute to ensuring the remaining years of the residents are comfortable and filled with good care and spirits.

The Role: The site is looking for a support worker to assist in caring for residents, with the role becoming permanent after three months. **Duties Include;**
- Personal Care - Relationship Building - General Catering Duties - Medication Management - Continuous Learning and Development - Engagement and creating a safe, fun and inclusive environment

As a key member of the household, daily tasks may vary. A sense of humour and high spirits are valued, as the residents enjoy a good laugh. It's a fun, inclusive and interactive role, where you'll fully be supported. When I spoke to a member of staff, to get a better understanding of the role, they said "It doesn't feel like work, it's a great environment and everyone has worked here for years".
