Medical Receptionist/administrator

Hay Lodge Health Centre are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our caring and friendly team.

Hay Lodge is a busy, fast paced environment with a large population over our 2 practices. As part of our reception/administrative team you will assist in the smooth running of our 2 practices by welcoming patients at reception, answering telephone calls, making and changing appointments, dealing with medication queries, processing patient requests, scanning and other general office tasks. You will be able to project a friendly and positive image to both our patients and any other health care professionals that might come into contact with us either by telephone or in person. Excellent communication skills, positive telephone manner and a caring approach to dealing with patients are essential along with excellent computer skills and the ability to multi task.

This is a part time position - hours will be negotiated at interview

Hours of work will be between 7.45am and 6pm on a varying and rotational basis

Flexibility to work within these hours is essential

Salary £11.18 per hour
