Restructuring Manager

Are you a Corporate Restructuring Assistant Manager looking for a promotion? Or are you a Restructuring Manager looking for a role where you can get involved with marketing and business events, as well as dealing with clients from take on to resolution?If so, this could be the role for you.
Our client is a Top 10 accounting firm that deals with a range of clients and supports with Restructuring, Advisory and Insolvency. The team is based in Birmingham, but the firm operates across the UK, so some travel may be required to client sites.
As the manager, you will look after your own team, a wide range of projects and support the restructuring team to plan and execute insolvency's. In addition, you will help the Director's and Partners at networking and marketing events.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Supporting the restructuring team in any insolvency's
- Overseeing engagement letters, ancillary documents and supporting the Partner in billing
- Pre-pack, CVL's, CVA's and contingency planning reviews
- Liaising with multiple external and internal teams
- Reviewing restructuring business cases, and where needed, providing feedback and alternatives with the support of the restructuring team
- Assisting with the trading of insolvent businesses, asset realisation, and debt recovery
- Complex investigations, including SIP2 review and litigation work
- Relevant professional qualification (ACCA/ICAEW), CPI would be a bonus
- The ability to work with clients and build a good relationship
- Previous experience in Insolvency or Restructuring
