**Job Title**: Technical Sales Administrator

**Location**: Hemel Hempstead.

**Salary**: Competitive salary negotiable according to skills & experience. Commission & other target hitting bonuses available (£28,000 a year OTE £35,000)

**About The Role**:
This is an excellent opportunity, for a graduate or someone who has worked in a sales environment within the technology industry, to join a growing company with revolutionary products. Vast career progression opportunities available. They are at the forefront of the Smart Door Entry & Access Control revolution. Leading the way with their IPGUARD 4G/GSM Video Door Entry and CLOUD-based access control system. The company has a network of Installers & distributors across the UK & the end client base includes many of the G15 HA & major London Boroughs.

Within this role there is an opportunity for the right & driven person to progress to Area Sales Manager & beyond. Within this progression you will be required to support the wider business to ensure we deliver a great service.

**Role & Responsibilities (not limited to)**:

- Answering inbound calls.
- Engaging with customers and understanding their needs and requirements.
- Preparing quotations and following up on projects.
- Building rapport with clients & organising meetings for the Area Sales Managers.
- Supporting orders.
- Providing front line technical support: training will be provided.
- Generation and development of ‘leads’ for new business opportunities.
- Liaising with the team & clients on promotions & events.
- Input on marketing decision and supporting exhibitions.
- Industry experience & knowledge is desirable (door entry, electronic security, access control, social housing); full training on IPDE product range will be provided.
- Organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

- Client relationship development capability.
- Understanding of project management & the ability to multitask.

This is a full-time position with an immediate start available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
