**The role**:
An exciting appointment has arisen for an experienced, talented and highly motivated individual to teach predominantly A Level Electronics.
- Full-time, 37 hours per week
- Permanent
- £22,581 - £44,442 per annum (depending on qualifications and/or experience)
- Gorseinon Campus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working as part of a team, you will develop and employ a variety of teaching, learning and assessment strategies, monitor learner progress and provide effective feedback throughout the academic year

**About you**:

- Possess a suitable Physics/Electronics/Engineering degree and, ideally, a recognised teaching qualification
- Have successful experience of teaching A Level Electronics in a post-16 setting
- As a confident communicator, you need to be an enthusiastic and committed individual who can engage, inspire and challenge all learners to achieve their individual potential
- You will have good organisational and problem solving skills and will be prepared to work flexibly
