As part of a small and busy office team, your core responsibility will be to grow the company's domestic sales division.

The company has seen tremendous growth in recent years, you’ll be a brand Ambassador: building confidence in our service, developing lasting relationships, at the same time as sensitively identifying new opportunities.

**The job is from 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM; Monday - Friday**

you will be the point of contact for our customers, and uphold an exceptionally high standard of service.

Other responsibilities will include:

- Make and receive phone calls from and to customers.
- Encouraging positive reviews and responding to them.
- General administration work including organising a paperwork system.
- Identifying businesses where we may want to offer our services.
- Uploading completed jobs on social media.

As this is a new role, flexibility will be needed as to the job responsibilities.
- Be experienced in similar roles, focusing on customer service and phone communication.
- Have necessary IT/phone skills.
- Be punctual, **_extremely_** well organised and reliable.

The hours will be 09:00 - 1700 and Must be IT competent with experience with computers.

**This role is from Monday - Friday**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,500.00 per year
