Board Services Co-ordinator

The Board Services Co-ordinator is an exciting new role within our new Executive Services Team providing services to the Executive Group, the Boards and Committees. They will also liaise with external stakeholders and tenants communicating with the Boards, Committees and Executive Group. The role is offered as a part time position working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that all Board/Committee Meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs) are organised and associated paperwork produced and distributed appropriately
- Preparing reports for Executive Group ensuring the agenda papers, group performance bulletin, budgets, financials and reports for AGMs, Committees and Board meetings and Board Planning events are managed in ‘Decision Time’ board paper software system for relevant parties in good time
- Attending all the Group’s Board and Committee Meetings as required and taking comprehensive minutes at each meeting and distributing approved minutes
You must have experience of working in a secretarial or administrative role and dealing with customer enquiries. You must have plenty of experience in minute taking and in the organisation of senior meetings, administering effective filing systems and creating and formatting presentations. You should also have good working knowledge and use of MS Office, Outlook and MS 365.
You should be educated to A Level Grade A-C or equivalent Level 3 qualification and have obtained a European Computer Driving License or equivalent.
