**Receptionist/Telephonist/Administrator**

Hours: Part-time 30hrs per week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday; Between the hours of 8.00am - 18.30pm and Thursday 8.00am - 20.00pm on a rota basis.

Based at Warwick Square Group Practice in Carlisle you will work as part of a team responsible for delivering a high quality, patient focussed, efficient service as the first point of contact for our patients. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication / customer skills and show empathy when required. You will be proficient in IT and able to work in a busy, challenging environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised and an effective communicator who can provide a professional and warm welcome to our patients, ensuring every contact is of the highest quality.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £16,311.47 per year
