**Key Responsibilities**:
At Welsh Slate, we can offer a truly different quarrying role and our teams take immense pride in their work and the production of our slate products. As a whole we endeavor to grow the slate product portfolio from our quarries and continue to expand our footprint and we’d like to take you on that journey with us.

You will primarily operate a variety of mobile plant to aid in the safe undertaking of our quarry activities, including the extraction and transportation of slate block for processing at our slate manufacturing facilities. You’ll be an ideal fit for this position if you have a great sense of humour and don’t mind getting your hands dirty

**Do you have?**:

- A full UK Driving Licence - owing to the location of the quarry you will need to be able to drive your own vehicle or otherwise be able to reliably get yourself to work on time.

The current working pattern for this role is days, however there may be future requirements to work shifts.
