An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join our Tissue Viability Team.
The service needs an exceptional, dynamic and self
- motivated clinician with wound care expertise with either a Registered Nurse qualification or Podiatric equivalent to provide Tissue Viability Specialist support and advice for patients in both Derbyshire and Derby city.
The successful applicant will be committed to quality improvement of the Tissue Viability Service across the Trust by contributing towards the development and delivery of education and training that will motivate staff to improve practice and to deliver safe and effective care.
You will be a visible and accessible role model, have excellent communication and leadership skills and be committed to improving outcomes for our patients.
