Senior Recruitment Consultant

**Location**: Crawley

**Job Purpose**
- Proven experience in recruitment and confidence to work towards set KPIs (_min 2 years_).
- Demonstrate coaching skills and ability to develop new staff and customers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in building internal and/ or external partnerships that led to improvements, targets met or any other successful outcome.
- Demonstrate good influencing skills to manage external partnerships.
- Demonstrate experience working in a target-driven (KPIs), sales, faced-paced environment.
- Demonstrate proactive and innovative approaches in a professional environment that positively impacted the team/ organisation.
- Willingness to travel in/around London, when required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaising with internal staff to promote current vacancies and upcoming positions.
- Deliver workshops for our customers to prepare them for the interview.
- Place customers into employment using the existing employer base; develop and coordinate their recruitment journey.
- Provide customers with quality constructive feedback that allows them to improve and prepare for the dynamic work environment.
- Be present at the interviews to support the employer and the customer in the recruitment journey.
- Sourcing employers - this will be a mix of leads and cold calling, develop partnerships with local employers.
- Regular in-work support calls to the employers to obtain updates (evidence) about the customers' progress at work.
- Maintain effective employer portfolio by actively interacting with local employers.
- Networking & promotion at our events (Job centres and Local Authority).
- Support new starters in the team by offering them information, guidance and advise about the industry and partners.
- Promote the ‘Disability Confident’ award with the employers and support them in achieving Level 1.
- Create awareness amongst the employers about our company's vision of equal opportunities and values.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
