Due to ongoing expansion, we are recruiting for Senior Team/Line Leaders to join our business on a **permanent** basis.

As Senior Line/Team Leader you will be pivotal in ensuring daily operational plans are achieved. Working closely with the Production Area Manager you will lead a small team of Production Operatives. If you are seeking an opportunity to help a business on a journey and contribute significantly to its successful expansion, then this role is ideal. We are looking for someone that can offer fresh expertise and experience however is still willing and excited to learn and develop new knowledge and experiences.

**Working hours**:
Nights 6pm
- 6am 4 nights on 4 Off

Earning a minimum of £600 per week, yearly £31252

**Key Responsibilities as Senior Team/Line Leader**:

- Working with your team and the Training Department ensuring all training is completed on time and in full, empowering the team to deliver the plan RFT (Right First Time) reducing waste.
- Understand and adhere to you and your personal responsibilities regarding the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
- To ensure all operatives are trained and aware of all customer requirements around products, quality expectations, packaging and coding requirements to deliver a consistently right-first-time product.
- Conduct regular competency checks and performance reviews.
- Report immediately any safety issues around people, processes or equipment ensuring the issue is controlled until resolved.
- Ensure all employees are working in accordance with health and safety and food hygiene regulations and excellent GMP standards are always maintained throughout the shift.
- Always promote and demonstrate good housekeeping and GMP ensuring all your team are trained against the required policies and procedures.

- Ensure the order of the production plan is followed to deliver control over allergens and species. Where these are run out of order ensure the relevant and appropriate procedures are followed with the online clean downs and swabbing and verification is carried out by the QA’s and Management team before proceeding to the product run.
- Understand and monitor the KPI’s on your line to reduce waste and improve yields through a RFT (Right First Time) Culture and Good Manufacturing Process.
- To take ownership and accountability for the management and running of the production line ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Hygiene, Quality, Quantity and Cost, (SHQQC).
- Ensure, when running, that all Legality and Brand Integrity is adhered to and customer specification is achieved by fully trained, competent staff, right first time, delivering the production plan on time and in full.
- Leading by example show professional leadership towards all team members, communicating effectively, being respectful and delivering and receiving feedback as required.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience within FMCG sector.
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Previous supervisory experience and people management
- Good time management. Focuses on delivering KPIs and objectives.
- Confident in presenting and facilitating reviews.
- Embraces feedback and support.
- Takes support and direction well.
- Enjoys developing teams and succession.
