Humans Cornwall have a dedicated team to help identify personal assistants; these will be funded by the family or person, or they may receive a Direct payment for care and support from Cornwall council.*_

**Location: Lizard area**

**Young gentleman in the Lizard area seeks support from a kind & patient self-employed personal assistant to support his confidence in the community. He has a diagnosis of O.C.D, Dyspraxia and Expressive & receptive speech disorder.**

**Support required**:

- Encouragement with accessing the community i.e. going for walks
- Shopping

**Hourly rate of pay: £15.00**

**Total hours**:3 hours - Can be negotiated.

**Preferred start times**:
**Monday**: Late morning

**Tuesday**: After midday

**Wednesday & Friday**: Any time

**Essential**:

- Full driving licence
- Someone who can be firm & clear when needed

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 3 per week

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour
