**Do you have experience of working with young people aged 11 - 18 and are looking for your next challenge?**

The Trinity Catholic School have an exciting new role as a Lead Cover Supervisor.

Working in our existing dedicated and successful support team, initially this post will manage the administration and organisation of staff cover within the school.

You will ensure a high standard of lesson cover is achieved and it is anticipated that in due course you will line manage a team Cover Supervisors.

This is a permanent, full-time role working 37 hours per week, on a term time only basis.

**About the role**

As Lead Cover Supervisor you will:

- Lead the organisation and administration of cover.
- Be a point of contact for staff regarding covering lessons
- Lead bespoke training for cover supervisors.
- Support the learning of students under the direction of a class teacher.

- Ability to manage a classroom
- Ability to work on your own initiative and to prioritise tasks.
- Experience of working with young people
- Ability to be firm but fair in a classroom situation
