**The role - Bartender**
**We are looking for someone who is passionate about the job and can bring energy, enthusiasm and some flair to our restaurant, along with a desire to learn more about the products we sell. Over time, we will help the bartender to gain the necessary knowledge so that they can provide good information to our customers about Spain and Spanish drinks. (Spanish language is a desirable and useful skill for this rôle).**
**There is also the opportunity to progress and take on more responsibility with the potential to take on a supervisor or manager role within the restaurant.**

**Duties include**:
**Greeting and serving guests**
**Taking charge of drinks service**
**Preparing and serving a full range of drinks**
**Providing few classic and contemporary cocktails & mocktails**
**Keeping a clean and tidy bar**
**Restocking fridges**
**Bar set up and close down**
