A top-tier firm are searching for a senior solicitor/legal executive to join their private wealth and inheritance team in Surrey. Several of their lawyers are ranked in Chambers UK, evidencing an opportunity to work with some of the best legal professionals in the field.The role will see you working a varied private client caseload, including Estate Administration, Wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for leading a sub-team as well as being significantly involved withthe business development and marketing of the team. If you have a specialism you have developed or would like to develop and grow a client base in, there is scope for this in the team. To be successful, you will: - Be a qualified solicitor or legal executivewith at least 5 years of post qualified experience in private client law (however, less experienced candidates are also invited to apply). - Have proven success in business development and be motivated to help grow the department. - Have good leadership skills,as well as being a good team player. - Have sound technical private client knowledge.
