Trainee Powder Coater/labourer

General operating of multiple types of machinery within a Powder Coating and Engineering environment as per training received. Continual inspection of product quality is required and a basic understanding of the products &/or product drawings is helpful. Using inspection devices for certain production to ensure consistent quality is also a requirement. Completion of all paperwork corresponding to production is expected to be fully completed as outlined or as directed by management. This is a physically demanding job at times.

Tidiness of each work area is expected at all time to ensure a safe, efficient workstation.

**Duties to be Fulfilled:

- Operation of various machinery as dictated by training received.
- Continual inspection of products and raw material as they are processed.
- Completion of paperwork as set by procedures and management.
- General work tasks and maintenance as required.
- Good housekeeping of work areas.
- Conformance to health & safety regulation.
- Wearing of protective safety equipment/clothing supplied is essential and obligatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
