Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to strengthen their team to help provide the best possible support to customers and clients in this varied and interesting role.

**As a Lettings Negotiator you will**:

- Build and maintain relationships with Landlords, tenants and contractors
- Ensure high level of customer service is being provided
- Register applicants, arrange and conduct viewings
- Provide feedback to landlords and negotiate any offers
- Assist the asset/property managers

**You will have the following skills / experience**:

- Enthusiastic and motivated individual
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eager to develop and progress within a modern company
- Interested in all things property

**Salary**: £21,000 + Commission **OTE**: £25,000
