Bubbles Swim School is looking for an experienced STA/SEQ Level 2 Swimming Teacher with the Teaching swimming to Babies and Toddler qualification to teach at our swim school in Barns Green near Horsham. You will be able to teach children of all ages and abilities but predominately ages 8 weeks to 14 years old to develop strong swimming skills, technique and confidence in the water.

**Key Tasks**
- To deliver planned lessons
- Creating an environment that motivates and encourages swimmers
- To use positive and reinforcing language when providing feedback
- To be able to assess swimmers’ abilities during trial lessons
- Provide prompt, regular and accurate feedback.
- Work towards ASA badge promotions.

**Job Type**: Part time, self employed

Rate: £28.00 per hour

Hours (5.5 hours in total):
Monday 14:00 - 16:00 - To teach Discovery Ducklings, Duckling levels and Stage 1-5

Tuesday 15:30 - 19:00 - To teach Duckling levels and Stage 1-5

**Experience**:

- Unsupervised delivery of lessons to babies, toddlers and children up to 14 years old for a minimum of 2 years

Licence:

- SEQ Level 2 Swim Teaching or equivalent (Essential)
- SEQ Level 2 Teaching Swimming to Babies and Toddlers or equivalent (Nice to have)
- NRASTC (or equivalent teachers rescue award) (Must be willing to attend a training course, if not already got this qualification)
- Up to date/clean DBS check(Essential)

**Job Types**: Self Employed

**Salary**: £28.00 per hour/ £36.00 when covering other classes
