This thriving family feel business is nestled on the outskirts of Winchester and with a full order book, really need the support of a CAD Engineer. The great thing about this role is you'll get to see your drawings brought to life by the in-house productionteam, who will be on hand to give practical suggestions to ensure the functionality of the end product. Which will enhance the CAD Engineers skill-set and elevate the customer experience.

No day will ever be the same for the CAD Engineer, however, the staples of the job will be:

- Using AutoCAD LT to compile and modify 2D drawings
- Liaising with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction and financial viability
- Communicating with customers, third party suppliers and other business functions
- Providing general support to a small inclusive team.

We would love to connect with anyone with an industrial back ground, who is:

- Able to use AutoCAD to a high level
- Comfortable giving and receiving improvement related feedback
- A proactive problem solver that can suggest reasonable solutions
- Interest in quality and understand ISO9001.
