**What you’ll be doing as a Quality Assurance Coordinator**
As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assuring the quality of the work undertaken by our repair and maintenance contractors.
The role is key to providing senior management with analysis of repair work carried out and create reports to show where work doesn’t meet the standard expected, enabling Thames Water to continuously improve activities in the field.
Your key duties will include:
- Desktop reviews of repairs carried out by repair and maintenance teams
- Carrying out analysis of findings and producing reports to operational colleagues to measure and track performance
- Field visits to repair and maintenance teams
- Communication within the Compliance team and internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement
- Identifying, measuring and tracking performance trends for both individual contractors and wider regional performance
- Identifying areas of continuous improvement and assisting colleagues throughout the wider business
**Job Details**
- £28,800 to £30,500 depending on skills and experience
- 36 hours per week, Monday-Friday
- Hybrid - Working between Clearwater Court, Reading, your home, and sites
- You will be required to travel to Sites and Depots where either Thames Gangs are working from, or contractors are based
- Full-Time, Permanent position
**As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, w**e’re looking for you to**
- A valid, full UK driving licence and your own transport
- Experience of working in a Quality or Compliance role
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Be self-motivated and highly organised with an inquisitive and tenacious nature
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude & can be flexible to business needs
- Strong understanding of operations, asset management & customer service
