Are you an IAG-qualified Careers Adviser who is interested in supporting service delivery in the Maidstone & Medway areas?

This charity delivers career information, advice and guidance (IAG) services to adults on various opportunities, such as learning, career paths and employment. Mainly, your role will be in the community, but you may occasionally support the service providedin local prisons.

This is a Permanent, full-time or part-time post (minimum 22.2 hrs per week)

**Qualifications and Experience**
- IAG qualification at Level 4 or above
- Maths and English GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)
- A commitment to undertake all necessary training for the role
- Experience in managing a caseload of adults/ young people from diverse backgrounds
- Awareness of the social and economic issues affecting people

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Deliver clear and unbiased information, advice and guidance (IAG).
- To provide IAG on all matters relating to learning and work, including employment, education and training
- Achieve a range of set quantitative and qualitative targets using a caseload management approach and effectively utilising the CRM
- Identify and engage with priority customer groups to identify barriers to their progression
- Support customers to produce a personal action plan
